2. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Use services only for lawful purposes in compliance with Indian laws
• Not misuse, tamper with, copy, reverse engineer, or disrupt systems or AI models
• Provide accurate and lawful information required for service delivery

3. AI Outputs and Responsibility

AI-generated insights, analytics, predictions, or recommendations are provided as decision-support tools only. Final decisions, actions, and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the user or client.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, including software, AI models, algorithms, platforms, documentation, and content, remains the exclusive property of ePine Business Solution Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, business, and technical information exchanged during engagements, except where disclosure is required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services or AI outputs.

Financial Terms, Subscriptions, and Payments

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain services, AI platforms, software products, or digital features provided by ePine Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. may be offered on a paid subscription or one-time purchase basis.

Payments for such services may be processed through:

• Google Play Store
• Apple App Store
• Other authorized third-party payment gateways

By subscribing or purchasing, users agree to comply with the respective platform's payment terms, billing policies, and user agreements.

8. Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly, quarterly, annual, or usage-based basis, as specified at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled by the user through the respective platform account settings
• Pricing, features, and subscription plans are subject to change with prior notice, where applicable

9. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are governed primarily by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store refund policies
• ePine Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. does not independently process refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms unless explicitly stated
• Users are advised to review platform-specific refund terms before completing a purchase

10. Taxes and Statutory Levies

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any other statutory levies shall be applied as per Indian law and platform billing rules

11. Payment Security

• We do not store users' credit/debit card details or sensitive financial information
• All payment transactions are securely processed by authorized third-party payment processors in compliance with applicable laws and platform standards

12. Suspension for Non-Payment

13. No Financial Advice

Any analytics, insights, forecasts, or recommendations generated by our AI systems do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Users are responsible for evaluating outputs before making business or financial decisions.

14. Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:

• Breach of these Terms
• Unauthorized or unlawful use
• Security threats or legal non-compliance

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms.
